Introduction/course overview. Mugshots, general comments about the working environment of lab, Photoshop and materials. Create classmate phone number list (of anyone willing to share their digits with the class). ORDER ALL OF YOUR SUPPLIES IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE FIRST CLASS MEETING IN ORDER TO GET THEM IN TIME - RECEIPT DUE NEXT WEEK PERIOD. Review the topics from beginning photo and Intro to Digital - Quiz on Tuesday. Make 40+ new images for class on Tuesday. Prepare elevator speech, bring 10 photos from a previous project to show c lass.

Show photos to class, deliver elevator speech. Review on basic Photoshop topics (masking/shortcuts/color spaces/etc). Review on actions (using your 40+ images). Intro to Storyboarding and flipbooks.

Quiz. Lecture. Review ICC profiles, in class storyboarding exercise. HOMEWORK: (review) Read Chapter 2, and 2atch the Basic ACR workflow movie on your DVD.
week (otherwise watch it at home). HOMEWORK: Read CH3 (Raising your IQ) and watch movie #4 on your DVD (camera RAW localized adjustments) while working along with the images of your DVD – consider printing out the PDF step‐by‐step.
